To give you complete transparency, here is the exact compensation package we proudly provide for our Journeyman Wiremen:


  • Hourly Base Wage: $43.21/hr
  • Whole Family Health Insurance: $8.70/hr
  • Local Pension: $7.00/hr
  • Personal Care Account: $2.75/hr
  • Annuity: $2.25/hr
  • Vacation Fund (PTO): $2.00/hr
  • National Pension: $1.30/hr (3% of earnings)
  • Apprenticeship Training Fund: $1.30/hr (3% of earnings to support the local electrical apprenticeship program)
  • Total Journeyman Compensation Package: $68.51 per hour


The remainder of our hourly rate covers our professional overhead: fully stocked fleet vehicles, top-tier commercial liability insurance, continuing education, strictly code-compliant materials, and the operational costs of keeping a highly organized business running to serve you.
